1 Box Brownie Mix
Cooking Spray
Ice Cream
Raspberries
Chocolate Syrup (for garnish)

Whip up a batch of your favorite brownie mix. Follow the baking instructions for heat and time on the box. Spray a muffin tin and fill the cups up to half way. Take a second muffin tin and spray the bottom of it. Put the empty muffin time over the one with the brownie mix and squeeze down until there is a half inch gap. Cook as recommended…brownie mix may spill over a bit, but its ok. Trim tops as needed, Cool, add ice cream and raspberries; garnish with chocolate syrup.
