2 Tbsp butter
2/3 C (small can) undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk
1 2/3 Cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 Cups of miniature marshmellows
1 1/2 cup (6 oz package of semi sweet chocolate or butterscotch chips)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, milk, sugar and salt in saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, chips and vanilla (with nuts if using). Stir 1-2 minutes or until marshmallows are melted. Pour into buttered 8 inch square pan and decorate. Cut in squares. Makes about 2 pounds
