1 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
1 cube margarine (1/2 cup)

Rhubarb or any kind of fresh or canned fruit.

8 inch pan

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add milk. Add melted margarine.

Pour batter into 8 inch pan.

Add fruit on top. Don't stir.

(With rhubarb, I cut it into 1 - 2 inch pieces and add a little sugar and bring to a boil, then spoon over top. Takes a little over 2 cups rhubarb.

Bake 1 hour in 325 - 350 degree oven.
