12 Roma tomatoes, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
1 to 2 teaspoons sugar
3 tablespoons dry white wine
thin spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Start heating water for pasta. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet and saute garlic, stirring frequently until garlic gets sticky and aromatic. Then, add chopped tomatoes, basil, oregano, sugar, wine, and pepper. Stir well and simmer sauce over a medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Start cooking pasta. When pasta is cooked, drain it, and rinse with water to remove excess starch. Pour sauce on top of hot pasta and serve immediately.
