2 ripe avocadoes
2 grapefruit ,peeled and sliced
2 oranges,peeled and sliced

Dressing
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbl. dry sherry
1/4 cup sugar
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and halve avocadoes. Slice them lengthwise and arrange on salad plates. with a wheel of iceberg lettuce and alternating, fruit with avocado slices. Sprinkle with Lemon- Sherry Dressing.
Dressing
Combine lemon and salt. Slowly stir in sugar and salt. Add Sherry.

This is truly American cuisine. Avocadoes and citrus fruits combined. Very refreshing and interesting that the dressing does not call for any oil? I would serve it now just on top of Romaine then sprinkle with dressing.
