8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 (15 oz) can lemon pie filling
8 oz cool whip, thawed
1 9" deep dish graham cracker pie crust

Directions:

If cream cheese is not soft enough you can put it in a microwave oven on low (30%) power for 30 to 45 seconds or until soft.

Beat the cream cheese until fluffy on highest speed of electric mixer. Add lemon pie filling, stirring by hand until blended. Fold in cool ship. Spoon into pie crust.

Chill at least 30 minutes in freezer or refrigerate until firm.

To make a low calorie dessert, use low fat cream cheese, sugar free cool ship and reduced calorie graham cracker crust.
