2 T olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1 small green bell paper, chopped
1/2 lb. Andouille sausage, cut into 1/2" thick slices
2 plum tomatoes, chopped
1/2 lb. small shrimp, peeled and deviened
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 (1 oz) pkg. dry Newberg sauce mix ( I like Knorr Brand)
4 servings cooked grits.

Sauté onion in oil about 2 minutes, over medium heat. Add red and green bell peppers and cook additional 3 minutes. Add sausage and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, shrimp and Cajun seasoning. Cook until shrimp are done, about 2 or 3 minutes. Set aside.
Prepare the Newberg sauce by package directions. Pour sauce over sausage and shrimp mixture.
Serve in flat style soup bowls over the grits.

If you cannot find the Newberg Sauce Mix use a 10 3/4 oz. can of Cream of Shrimp Soup adding a dash of sherry.
