20 oz can of crushed pineapple
1 box of angel food cake mix
Vegetable spray

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º
Spray baking dish lightly with vegetable cooking spray.
Pour pineapple and juice into a 9"x13"x2" baking dish; add cake mix and stir until all of the mix is moistened.
Bake 30 minutes - top should be brown but watch to be sure it does not burn.

Serve alone or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
