1 T olive oil
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
8 oz kielbasa, cut into bite size pieces
1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 1/2 c chicken broth (or water)
1 (16 oz) can Cannellini beans or Great Northern beans
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet and sauté the onion, garlic and chicken until chicken is browned.
Place in crock pot and add kielbasa, tomatoes, broth, beans, salt and pepper.
Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
