1 tblsp olive oil
1 tblsp lime juice
2 large avocados halved, seeded and peeled.
1/4 tsp kosher salt or 1/8 regular salt
1/4 c picante sauce
1 oz Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Snipped fresh cilantro-optional
Extra picante sauce-optional
Sour cream-optional
Salad greens-optional

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together olive oil and lime juice
Brush avocados all over with mixture
Sprinkle cut sides with salt
On charcoal grill, grill cut sides down and grill over medium coals until browned.
Turn over and fill centers with picante sauce and shredded cheese
Grill about 5 mins more until cheese begins to melt
For a gas grill, preheat and reduce to medium heat and proceed as above.
Remove and sprinkle with cilantro if desired.
Can be served over a bed of salad greens with additional picante sauce and sour cream
