2 3 oz. boxes Jello tapioca pudding
2 10 oz. cans mandarin oranges (drained – save liquid)
1 20 oz. can pineapple tidbits (drained – save liquid)
2 to 3 bananas (sliced)

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan, mix tapioca pudding with 3 c. liquid (using the liquid from the drained fruit and water or juice to make a total of 3 c.). Bring to a boil stirring constantly. As it boils, it will thicken. Take off heat. Let cool 15 to 20 minutes. Stir to cool. Add oranges, pineapple, and bananas. Refrigerate to set.
