Directions:
Heat oven to 425º. Prepare one pie crust according to package in a 9 inch pie pan. Refrigerate remaining crust for later use or freeze. Bake crust for 9-11 minutes or until lightly browned. Melt butter in large skillet over a medium high heat. Add broccoli, garlic and scallions and mushrooms if using. Cook and stir 5-7 minutes or until veggies are crisp and tender. If necessary, break up larger pieces of vegetables with a fork. Sprinkle cheese over bottom of baked crust. Spread broccoli mixture over cheese. In a small bowl, combine the eggs, marjoram and milk. Beat well and pour over broccoli mixture. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Cover edges of crust with foil to prevent excessive brownies. Reduce heat to 350º for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
