1/2 c coconut oil
1/2 c cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
1/4 c honey

Directions:
Directions:
Measure oil into a mixing bowl; use a hand held electric mixer and whip until light and fluffy.
Mix the coconut oil, cocoa powder, vanilla, sea salt and honey.
Pour fudge into an 8"x8" pan, lined with waxed paper. Cover, tightly, with a lid of plastic wrap. Refrigerate until fudge is set and hard. (At least 4 hours).
Remove from refrigerator and remove waxed paper. Cut into 1" squares and store, covered, in refrigerator.
