Ingredients: 1 round Brie 1/2 cup of any flavored Jam you like (apricot, raspberry, strawberry) 1 can (8 ounce) Pillsbury refrigerated Crescent Dough Sheet
Assorted crackers, apple slices, etc to be served next to brie

Directions:Round Pyrex dish looks the best but whatever you have is fine.
Place some jam on the dish in a circle that will be surrounding the cheese. You do not need a ton. Place some of the same flavors jam only on the top of the round brie. Open the can of dough and flatten it out. Place the brie with the jam on top of the dough. Take the edges of the dough and stretch them up and wrap up the cheese. Pinch the ends together so the entire cheese is wrapped in the dough.
Place the brie wrapped in dough right in the center of the dish with the jam surrounding it.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 Degrees Cool for 10 minutes.
You can serve it right from the Pyrex. |
