1/2 cup butter;
1/2 cup peanut butter;
1/2 cup granulated sugar;
1/2 cup brown sugar;
1 egg;
1/2 tsp. vanilla;
1-1/3 cup flour;
3/4 tsp. baking soda;
1 bag (48 pieces) miniature Reeses Peanut Butter Cups

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, peanut butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients and mix on low speed until it makes a soft dough. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.

Shape into 1" balls and place into ungreased 1-1/2" muffin tin.

Bake at 375 degrees for 8 - 10 min. or until light brown.

Immediately after removing from oven, press a peanut butter cup into the center until only the top shows. Let cool.

One of the mom's (Mrs. Morano) always brought these to swim meets and water polo games. They were an added incentive for Jim to attend these events for Meg's teams.
