2 c. cooked chicken breasts
4 c. cooked brown rice
3/4 c. frozen corn
15 oz. black beans, rinsed and drained
1 c. sour cream
4 oz. green chiles
1/2 c. salsa
1 c. cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. cilantro
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients except cilantro and mix thoroughly to combine. Transfer to an oven-safe dish and top with extra cheese if desired. Bake 20-25 minutes and top with cilantro.
