2 lbs frozen shredded hash browns (square cut)
½ cup melted butter
½ chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 carton sour cream (8 oz)
1-tablespoon jalapeno juice
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
2 crushed cups corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together (except corn flakes) in a 9x13 pan
Sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top
Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 350
