1 yellow cake mix
3/4 cup oil
4 eggs
1 large can drained mandarin oranges

1 large can crushed pineapple Drained, reserving liquid)
1-8 oz. Cool-Whip
1-3 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the yellow cake mix, oil, eggs and drained mandarin oranges. Mix until blended. Turn into 9X13 inch pan and bake at 350ºF oven for 35-40 minutes. Cool.

Drain one large can pineapple (reserving the juice). Combine 1-8 oz. Cool-Whip, pudding and drained pineapple. Toss until mixed. Pour the pineapple juice over the cake and top with pudding mixture.

Note: I like to put holes in the cake before I pour the juice over it so that it gets well absorbed into the cake.
