2-3 lb. Flank Steak

1/1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/2 cup honey
1 large onion
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to boil. Set aside and let cool. Do not pour over steak until marinate is cooled. Score the steak against the grain and marinate for 24 hours in the refrigerator. Cook on grill or broil. on high heat to desired temperature: rare 135º, medium 150º, well done 165º
