1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 medium onion chopped
6 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 cup milk
2 cups water
1 cup chopped celery
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Bring 2 cups water to boil. Add chopped celery and onion. Add butter and chopped potatoes. Cook on low until tender.
Add milk and cheese.
