Notes: I believe that my Dear Aunt Virginia used to make this Texas Sheet Cake. I remember her bringing a yummy chocolate cake to the reunions, and on Trail Rides. However, I received this recipe from a great friend, Leslie Evans. We used to do some Trail Riding with our horses, and she brought these delicious brownies. Since then, this has become a family favorite, and is easy to prepare. I like to bake this for neighbors, ward parties, and sometimes bake it for funerals. Once a neighbor had some of this cake at our Ward Christmas Party. He doesn't like too many sweets, but he loved this. Months later his wife called me and had me make it for him for his Birthday! She said it is the only cake he likes!! I hope you enjoy it!!
