1 yellow cake (baked as directed)
1 package instant vanilla pudding (prepare as directed for pie)
1 large can crushed pineapple (well drained)
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 12 oz. Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese, and beat well. Add prepared pudding a little at a time until well blended. Spread over cake. Spoon well drained pineapple over pudding mixture, and spread evenly. Top with Cool Whip. Can top Cool Whip with either coconut or nuts if desired.
