CRUST:
2 c. flour
1 c. margarine
2 c. chopped pecans

FILLING
1 c. powdered sugar
1- 8 oz. & 1- 3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. milk
1 large box of instant pudding (your flavor choice)
1 small & 1 large container of cool whip

CRUST:
Mix flour, margarine,and pecans. Press into either 2 pie tins or 1 large sheet cake pan. Bake at 375º for 10 minutes. Cool.

FILLING:
Beat powdered sugar, cream cheese and vanilla until fluffy an spread onto cooled pie crust. Add milk to pudding and beat until thickened. Then add small Cool Whip to Pudding and beat. Spread this on top of cream cheese layer. Over all, spread large container of Cool Whip.
(If chocolate pudding is used, grate chocolate bar over top.) (Lemon is refreshing for a summer dessert.) (Pistachio for Christmas, garnished with Maraschino Cherries, looks festive.)
