2 T soy sauce or more
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp or more crushed red pepper
2-3 skinless boneless chicken breasts
green onions
cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soy sauce, garlic, and red pepper and set aside. Cut chicken into 1 inch chunks and add to sauce mixture. Toss to coat and set aside. Cook rice. Cut green onions into 1-1 1/2 inch pieces. Spray wok or large skillet. Preheat to high. Add undrained chicken mixture into pan and stir fry util chicken is no longer pink. Add green onions, if using. Serve over hot rice.
