2 eggs
1 1/3 c sugar
2 heaping tsp cinnamon
1/2 c oil
6 medium apples, peeled and sliced
2 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º. In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, cinnamon and oil. Add apples, thoroughly coating. Add flour and baking soda, beating well with fork until all the flour is absorbed. Bake in 9x13 pan for about 55 minutes.
