1 round (8 ounces) Brie cheese, rind removed
⅓ c caramel ice cream topping
¼ c dried cranberries
¼ c chopped dried apples
¼ c chopped walnuts
1 loaf French bread baguette, sliced and toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Place brie in microwave safe bowl/plate
In a small bowl, mix cranberries, apples, walnuts, and caramel topping
Spread over brie
Microwave on high for 60 to 90 seconds, or until cheese is melted
Serve with toasted baguette slices
