1 - 3 oz pkg lemon jello
3/4 c hot water
1/2 c sugar
1 - 12 oz can carnation evaporated milk, chilled
lemon (for juice)
Vanilla wafer crumbs, for crust.

Directions:
Directions:
Crush vanilla wafers and sprinkle in bottom of pan. Reserve some for topping.

Stir jello into hot water until dissolved, then cool until syrupy. Whip jello when almost set. Whip milk and add juice of one lemon (3 T). Then combine both jello and milk mixtures and whip again. Pour over crumbs in pan and sprinkle more crumbs on top.

Set in ice box to chill.
