1 c. flour
1 stick softened butter
1/2 c pecans, finely chopped
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
1 c confectioners sugar
1 c Cool whip
2 pkg lemon instant pudding
3 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour, butter and pecans, press into 9x13 pan and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Cream together the cream cheese and sugar. Fold in cool whip. Spread onto cool baked crust.

Mix pudding and milk together and pour over cream cheese layer.

Top with more Cool whip and sprinkle with nuts.

You can also use chocolate or banana instant pudding.
