4 lb. boneless beef roast
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 can beef broth
1 beef bouillon cube
1 bay leaf
3 whole black peppercorns (or 1/2 tsp. pepper)
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. garlic powder
French rolls
Provolone cheese slices

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in crockpot. Combine soy sauce, bouillon cube, bay leaf, peppercorns, rosemary, thyme, and garlic powder. Pour over roast. Add beef broth (can add water, if necessary) to almost cover roast. Cook on low 10-12 hours.

Remove meat from broth and shred with fork. Place Provolone cheese slice on one side and butter the other; toast under broiler for 1-2 minutes. Add meat; use broth from crockpot for dipping.
