1 lb. mushrooms
olive oil
2 T. butter
1 tsp. minced garlic
2/3 cup herb stuffing
1/2 cup Italian cheese blend
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems and carefully scoop out mushroom. Brush mushroom caps with olive oil and place in baking pan.

Finely chop stems and scooped out mushroom. Melt butter in skillet; add mushrooms and garlic. Saute 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and add rest of ingredients. Stuff mushrooms caps. Sprinkle with additional Italian cheese blend, if desired.

Bake at 350º 15 minutes (longer, if mushrooms are large).
