1 loaf sliced white bread
3 sticks butter
1 onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
salt to taste
chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Spread out bread slices and allow to air dry several hours. Cut into cubes and place in large bowl.
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add onion and celery; saute until soft. Season with poultry seasoning and salt to taste. Pour over bread cubes and stir until evenly coated.
Moisten with chicken broth as much as desired; mix well.
Place in buttered or lightly greased baking dish and bake 30-40 minutes at 350º.

This is one of Quinn's Thanksgiving favorites! Make sure you use plenty of chicken broth...the original recipe called for 1 cup, but that's definitely not enough.
