18 cups sweet corn cut off cob
4 sticks butter
1 pint whipping cream or half-n-half

In roaster, bake at 350 for 1 hour. Stir every 10 minutes and watch so corn doesn’t stick to sides. Can do in oven with 2 baking pans, divide ingredients in half. Freeze in bags.
