4 egg whites
pinch salt
2 cups of powdered sugar
1 cup of chopped dates (optional)
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 300º
beat egg whites and salt for 3 minutes
add powdered sugar
beat for 10 minute
don't add nuts and dates untill ready to put in oven
mix dates and nuts into mix, only fold them in
if you mix to much the cookies will be flat and not fluffy
drop a spoonful on greased baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes
watch closely so they don't burn- they will burn easily
