1 apple peeled and sliced
1 slice bread
1 slice cheese (1oz)
cinnamon to taste
sweetener to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Cook apple in a little water, cinnamon and sweetener until almost dry
toast bread,
put cheese on bread, put apples on cheese
put in oven on low broil for 1 to 2 minutes until cheese is melted
