Cookie Dough Layer:
1/2 cup melted butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2 T milk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Chopped Oreos

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a 9" springform pan with parchment paper.

2. In large bowl mix all brownie ingredients until well mixed. Use half the batter and bake according to directions. Let cool completely (or freeze for about 1 hour). (Use leftover batter however you'd like).

3. Clean springform pan and line with parchment paper. Mix cookie dough: in a large bowl, mix butter with both sugars. Add milk and vanilla and stir to combine. Stir in flour and salt. Fold in chocolate chips. Press cookie dough in an even layer into bottom of pan.

4. Place layer of Oreos on top (I chopped them up) and drizzle 1/2 of the hot fudge on top of Oreos. Place 1/2 the softened ice cream on top and press down and smooth out. Put Saran Wrap on top and return to freezer for 1 hour.

5. Press brownie layer on top of the frozen ice cream layer. Spread remaining softened ice cream on top and return to freezer. (Overnight or until frozen through).

6. Remove springform pan and the parchment paper from the bottom of the cookie layer, and place on serving tray. Top with chopped Oreos and drizzle with hot fudge. Return to freezer until ready to serve.
