12 ears of corn (do not cook)
3 large peppers - I like 1 each green, red, yellow
6 large onions - combo of red and white
2 qts. ripe tomatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 oz. celery seed
1 oz. mustard seed
1/4 c. salt
1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat and boil gently, uncovered, for 20 minutes.

Stir in cilantro and cook 2 minutes longer. Remove from heat.

Remove hot jars from canner and ladle relish into jars to within 1/2 inch of rim. Process 15 minutes for pint jars.
