1 can sliced beets, drained but save juice
2 tbs. butter
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. vinegar
beet juice
1/4 tsp. salt
dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, melt butter and add cornstarch.
Add vinegar, beet juice, salt and pepper
Add drained beets.
