1 tablespoon butter or margarine
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 6-ounce box Stove Top chicken flavored stuffing mix (I use the reduced sodium one)
1 10 3/4-ounce can Cream of Mushroom Soup (can also use cream of Chicken)
1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Heat butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook 12-15 minutes or until done. Remove chicken and set aside. Prepare stuffing in skillet according to package directions except let stand for 2 minutes. Fluff with spoon and mix in cooked chicken. Whisk soup and milk together in a small bowl and pour over chicken / stuffing. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and heat through.

This is a quick and easy recipe for dinner. The original recipe called for 1/2 cup of cheese, but I say the cheesier the better so I use a cup.
