1 cup long-grain white rice
1 6 oz. box Uncle Bens long grain and wild rice (original flavor)
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. pork breakfast sausage
1 10 1/2 ounce can beef broth
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 stalks celery,sliced diagonally
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rice according to package directions. A rice cooker is great for this. While rice is cooking, crumble ground beef and sausage into a large pan and brown until well done. Drain. Saute mushrooms and celery in butter.
Combine all ingredients and heat thoroughly.
This recipe can be frozen and reheated later.
