1 quart half-and-half
6 slices bacon
1 medium onion, chopped
3 ribs celery, chopped
handful celery leaves, chopped
2 bottles clam broth
1 large can chopped clams
3 medium potatoes, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onion, celery and celery leaves.
Cook potatoes in water.
In crockpot, mix clam broth, clams and juice from can and half-and-half.
Stir in celery and onions and potatoes. Add a small amount of butter and parsley.
The bacon should be crumbled to serve on top of the individual servings.
