1 egg
1 stick of butter
1 Box yellow cake mix (reserve 2/3 cup for filling)

TOPPING:
1 1/4 cup white karo syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
2/3 cup cake mix
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups pecans
Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven 350º mix together first three ingredients under cake
press into a greased 9x13" pan
Bake for 15 minutes
remove from oven
mix all ingredients for the topping
pour onto the cake return to oven and cook for 20 minutes
DO NOT OVER COOK
let cook and cut into squares
