1/2cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2tbsp all purpose flour
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3-4 medium apples thinly sliced

Topping
1/2 tsp sugar
1 stick butter soft
1/2cup flour

preheat oven 425º
remove one rack
peel apples slice thinlyin lg. bowl mix apples and sugar cinnamon flour and lemon juice put into pie shell mix sugar flour cut in soft butter sprinkle this topping over apples put pie into large brown paper bag staple shut place on cookie sheet place in oven bake for 1 hour
