4 to 6 Pork Steaks
2 lg. packs of ritz crackers
1 lg. French fried onions
creole seasoning
1tbsp. Italian dressing
1/2 tsp. mustard

Directions:
Preheat oven 325º
spray lg. cookie sheet with non stick spray put aside
Put ritz crackers and french fried onions in a lg. ziplock bag. Crush fine, I use a rolling pin or can of vegetables set aside
season steaks with italian dressing, mustard and creole seasoning Place cracker/onion mixture on a platter place a steak and coat one at a time, then place on prepared cookie sheet. bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
