1 tbsp butter
4 slices rye bread- for croutons
1 can nacho cheese soup, undiluted
1 can "Chunky baked potato/cheddar w/bacon bits soup"
12 ounces of good corned beef from deli, diced
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Butter bread on both sides, place on baking sheet.
Bake at 375º for 6-8 minutes, turning once.
When cooled, cut into small squares/cubes.
In a large sauce pan, combine remaining ingredients except cheese.
Heat thoroughly over medium heat, stirring often. (about 8 minutes)
Now add the cheese and stir in to melt.
Serve immediately garnished with croutons.

Yum! Probably would go well with a lettuce salad using Russian dressing.
