2 packages frozen, chopped spinach
1/2 cup vegetable liquor
4 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons flour
2 Tablespoons chopped onion
1/2 cup evaporated milk
3/4 teaspoon celery salt
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 6oz roll kraft jalapeņo cheese ( can substitute grated pepper cheese)
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Cook spinach according to package instructions. Drain cooked spinach and reserve vegetable liquor. Over low heat in non stick skillet (deeper sides') melt butter, add flour and onion and cook until onion is soft. Add 1/2 cup vegetable liquor slowly, add evaporated milk and cook until smooth and thick. Add seasonings and cheese. Add spinach and incorporate all. Place in baking dish (spray with Pam). Bake @ 350 degrees until very hot (around 20-30 minutes). Option: may top with breadcrumbs prior to baking.
