3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. sliced, peeled fresh peaches
1 c. heavy cream
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg. Add to peaches in bowl and toss lightly. Arrange in pie shell. Pour heavy cream over peaches. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg , if desired. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until set. Cool well before serving. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
Note: Pie pan may be placed on aluminum foil -lined baking sheet.
