8 ounce cream cheese, regular or light
1 cup banana quick bread mix
¼ cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons milk
1½ teaspoons vanilla
1 tablespoon finely chopped walnuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Place all the ingredients except nuts in a large bowl.
Using an electric mixer, beat until creamy.
Stir in nuts.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve

If you want a creamier dip, gradually add a little more milk, about a teaspoon at a time until its your desired consistency. You can find banana quick bread mix at many local grocery stores in the baking aisle near the box cake mixes. Since you only need 1 cup of the mix, store the leftover quick bread mix in a mason jar to use for another batch of this dip or use to make truffles.
