1 stick butter
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup dark rum
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan ( large enough-mixture foams up). Melt butter, add brown sugar, water and rum. Medium high heat, boil gently until sugar dissolved and mixture thickened. Stir frequently. Serve on the side allowing people to add if wanted.
Feel free to add more rum if desired. Cooking the rum will burn off the alcohol and just leave the flavor.
