1 1/3 cups uncooked minute rice
2 2/3 c water
4 Boneless skinless chicken breast halves
4 c shredded cheese
1 10.75 can cream of chicken soup
1 10.75 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion chopped
1 1/2 cups salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice.
Place chicken into large saucepan and fill the pan with water. Bring to a boil and cook 20 min or until done. Remove chicken and cut into bite sized pieces.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9x13 baking dish.
In a bowl mix soups, onion, and salsa. Layer 1/2 the rice, half the chicken and half the cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake for about 40 min. Or until cheese is bubbly.
