2 oz instant coffee (Taster’s choice)
4 cups boiling water
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 gallon whole milk
½ gallon vanilla ice cream (square box)
½ gallon chocolate ice cream (square box)

Directions:
Directions:
Add coffee crystals to boiling water and dissolve. Add sugar and vanilla, cool, then add milk. Divide and store in 2 one gallon milk containers. Set overnight in refrigerator.
Before serving add: ¼ gallon vanilla and ¼ gallon chocolate ice cream to serving container. Let ice cream start to soften and whip in coffee mixture. Repeat to refill container. Serves 50
